Shipping and Insurance
Package all items, documents, certifications including the completed Return Form into a cardboard box and ship items according to our shipping and insuranceprocedures. For your protection, retain the shipping receipt. Also, for security reasons do not specify the contents anywhere on the package.

- Any custom service or special service such as engraving, are subject to non refundable costs
- Any damaged item(s) will be subject to non refundable cost
- Any missing content(s) are subject to replacement fees
- Any missing certificate(s) and/or appraisal(s) are subject to replacement fees
